About Antonia
With over fifteen years of experience in psychology, I am a clinical hypnotherapist passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner calm, confidence, and balance. I trained at the Manchester College of Clinical Hypnosis, earning a Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma (Postgraduate) in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and I hold a BSc in Psychology from Wolverhampton University as well as a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh.
Over the years, I have expanded my practice to include EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and Life Coaching, allowing me to take a holistic approach to transformation. My qualifications are validated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, the British Institute of Hypnotherapy, and the International Hypnosis Association, as well as the International Institute of Professional Coaches and Hypnotherapists.
I believe that true change comes not from forcing the mind, but from listening to it honouring its wisdom, understanding its fears, and guiding it gently toward awareness. My role is to provide the tools, the space, and the guidance so that you can discover your own path to calm, confidence, and wholeness.
